We had a horrible experience when using this company. First they were late. Then when they did arrive, they were unprepared and had no tools and asked to use ours that were already packed away! They lied to us and took a 3 hour break in the middle of the job, saying they were only going to take an hour and a half (still would have been a lot since they were in the middle of a job). They damaged our house during the move, and when the truck was unloaded, several of our things were damaged and/or ruined. They were made aware of the damage and seemed to care less. The movers that unloaded the truck were very professional and were appalled at the way the loaded the truck and said much of the damage was due to their careless way of loading the truck. I would never consider using this company again!!!!

My delivery time was not solid. Once my pod was delivered, I called and they changed the day to accommodate me. Derek and his partner worked very hard. They were two of the nicest young men. Very respectful, hard working and concerned about the customer's need. I will use them again when I am ready to move. Great company
