Although it was a very hot and humid day, they worked nonstop. They were very respectable of my belongings not throwing things around. They packed the truck very well. My daughter prayed the whole time because her husband told her your Mom should have gotten a bigger truck. I was very happy they were conscious of the 2 hour window.

They were rough with our furniture and damaged our leather couch and floor. They disregarded items labeled fragile, this side up and top load only….
The most upsetting is one of the African American workers asked my wife directly if she liked chocolate (wink,wink) after giving him a power bar. This is 100% inappropriate, unacceptable and unprofessional!

These guys were amazing! Super friendly, but also professional. We had limited space on the truck, but they did an excellent job of fitting everything onto the truck. Highly recommend them!!

The movers informed me they were available to assist earlier than scheduled and called for specific directions to avoid unnecessary wandering through the subdivision. The two young men were polite, professional, and diligent. They followed directions precisely and completed the unloading efficiently and promptly...I will definitely use them again!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst moving experience. We scheduled between 7-8am arrival time, they didn’t show till 8:15am. We were moving into a 2 story house, every time something needed to be put upstairs we were met with eye rolls and heavy sighs. The two young men that showed up brought no equipment with them either. They also smelled of marajuana. They were incredibly slow moving with zero sense of urgency, their customer service skills were severely lacking. There are multiple skuff marks on the walls from furniture brushing past them (when there was more than enough space to do so without hitting the walls). The gentlemen were careless with our belongings. DO NOT BOOK!!
