The workers arrived on time and were ready to work right away. They listened to our concerns about fragile items and did a great job securing all of our possessions in the truck. They took the time to wrap all of the furniture with blankets and shrink wrap (they even provided the blankets). They were very easy to work with and had a great attitude. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Showed up smelling of marijuana. Did not have tools. 30 min late. No phone call confirming the time. They were courteous and completed the job but needed supervision and guidance. Too bad because they were nice guys.

Two young men that came to help us were wonderful. One of them called me the day before to confirm the time frame we requested (10-11am) and they came right on time (10:30am). We had a smaller 15-in U-Haul, so we gave them specific order of things that we want things to be put inside the truck. We had 1.5 bedroom worth of stuff, we had to move to 30min away. Started at 10:30am, loaded, drive, unloaded, and everything was done by 12pm.
Looked like they do this a lot so they knew how to be careful with items. If we need helping hands, we will use them again.
Few things we learned through the process:
- Have items wrapped / taped with packing blanket. Movers don't come with any packing items. We wrapped dining table head/legs, and other bigger items that we didn't want damaged.
- Movers don't get paid by the hours, and they don't get reimbursed for mileage. We had a smaller truck, so we were hoping to make 2 trips with the movers, but after finding out they can't go back and make another trip, so we just let them go, although we had another 1 hr that we prepaid. Had we known this, we would have planned a bit differently. We had most of the heavy and big items, so it worked out in the end. But if you think you can use the movers however within the hours you paid for with hire a helper, that is not the case.

The customer can expect to feel relieved. We understand that moving in itself can be overwhelming so we try to make it as quick and easy as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer can prepare by making sure that all household pets and anything that can prevent the movers from moving in a safe timely manor are put away and that all entrances and walkways are clear.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve handled anything from small local moves, office moves, long distance moves. Pod load ups and unloads.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My personal favorite part of being a mover is the fact that you get to physically stay in shape while extending a helping hand. There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone who’s in need.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We practice proper lifting techniques, how to wrap furniture, ways to dolly items with out damaging furniture, and how to properly communicate when a item is simply too heavy or awkward to carry by oneself.
