The movers were great for muscle and manpower but their strategy for loading the truck was not good. Also, they arrived a little bit later than the time we agreed upon. They were prepared to work, they worked hard and they were respectful of my belongings. Overall, I would not use them again because they seemed a little inexperienced with loading and packing.

They seemed very pleasant. Did not appear to have much moving experience with maneuvering the furniture. Had issues bringing mattress down the stairs getting the couch out the door maneuverable wise. Instead of grabbing a solid part of the couch one gentleman continue to just grab it by the material and lift taking the chance of ripping it. Other than that they did a good job were pleasant. They were a few minutes late but work hard and had the job done in an hour.

They were on time, worked hard and were friendly and professional. I got a few dents and scraps on my walls, which can be expected during move in but had to remind them not to move furniture around on my hard wood floors because it was creating scratches. My only recommendation for them to improve their service would be to bring a little tool kit to help get larger furniture around tight corners and doors.

Very nice, respectable men. They arrived early for the move and were very efficient. My one complaint would be that I had negotiated six feet of trailer space to use (I was using Estes Sure-move) and, despite mentioning this to the workers, we ended up using an extra foot. This is partially my fault as I was not directly overseeing the packing job. Regardless, the move would have been possible with six feet.

All in all a good experience and I would gladly recommend the company to a friend.
