Send It Express is a legit solid team! I really can't say enough good things... I had a Pod un-load for a second floor apartment.
This is why I love these guys:
-Communication was on point.
-My Pod arrived early. They came earlier than scheduled to unload it!
-Completely unloaded my Pod in 1 hour. How? It took me 6 hours by my self to load it!
-Courteous! You can't find this just anywhere. They took the time to understand what pieces needed a extra care.
Don't shop around, these guys got it! If I move again I'd call them first!

So thankful for the assistance. I hired this company to help my brother remotely and heard nothing but wonderful things from my brother. The helpers were very professional, friendly, and efficient. Brother also mentioned that they were very gentle with their belongings and listened to where they needed the items placed. They even took their shoes off which was greatly appreciated because new carpet had just been installed in the home. A lot of other bigger companies’ workers don’t even consider that, but these guys did. Well worth the money for just the 2 hours. Would recommend and use again. Thanks!
