On 8/21/26, I hired reliable movers for a loading service for an out-of-state move using U-Pack moving trailer. I booked 3 movers from 10 AM to 12 PM to complete the job quickly and avoid peak heat. They arrived over two hours late (12:15 PM) without prior notice, forcing me to call to find out where they were. Due to the delay and slow pace, I was forced to pay for a 3rd hour of labor and ultimately had to cut the job off unfinished because I couldn't afford more time. Everything was packed and ready to be loaded prior to them arriving aside for my bed, in which I noted would need to be broken down when i booked their aervice. The crew didnt have the correct tools to take down the bed and I couldn't afford for them to figure it out, so I told them to just leave the bed and focus on the othet items.
?Despite explicit instructions to pack "high and tight" and notify me before exceeding my prepaid 10 feet of trailer space, the movers packed inefficiently, used 13 feet, and only informed me after finishing.
Upon arrival at my destination, a different independent unloading crew immediately noted that the trailer was poorly loaded, which resulted in several damaged items, including two broken TVs and scratched up furniture, though moving blankets were provided.
Ultimately, paying for "professional" service cost significantly more in extra labor, trailer fees, and property replacement for a completely subpar job. I will be looking into filing a claim for the damaged items.

These guys saved our move! Huge thanks to Delorean and Dior for helping us load all of our furniture and belongings into our U-Haul truck, and for Parris for providing timely communication and coordinating the move. I mean this seriously, if it weren't for these guys we would have never gotten out of our apartment on time. Moving is super stressful as is, but Reliable Movers made the process for my partner and I so much better. If you have the means, I couldn't recommend them enough.

Very friendly very slow a lot of time talking to my daughter I am missing a brand new industrial stapler they used also brand new moving blankets not all accounted for I offered them a t six month old 55inch tab and the wall mount which they removed and took we were supposed to discuss price never happened a very easy move no couch refrigerator bed or any appliances to move 80 percent packed in bins only thing they packed kitchen materials clothes in closet wardrobe moving closet provided job took five and a half hours shoul have taken two

I hired two movers, the first one arrived late , didn’t wait for my instructions just started moving things into the truck which then had to be moved back out to allow for bigger items, the second mover arrived more than an hour later than the first mover. Movers were very slow, didn’t communicate well with each other and didn’t treat my belongings with care. They were so inefficient I had to start moving things myself and I’m a 60yr old female. I will never use this company again. Buyer beware.
