The movers were on time, polite, and accomplished exactly what was needed in the time frame estimated for the job (we booked them for 2 hours but it took a little longer, as we expected). The job consisted of moving furniture between about 8 rooms in a large home. The movers did not come equipped with (or did not offer to provide) protective "feet" for the bottoms of furniture, so I asked them to carry rather than slide the furniture when possible and to be careful not to scratch the hardwood floors. As far as I can tell, they followed these instructions. I did request a hand truck and dolly when booking the move but they told me they don't use those when just working inside so they didn't bring them. One of the movers seemed like a novice, but the other mover seemed experienced and could instruct the first, so as a duo, they got the job done. They asked questions as needed. I was very pleased with their work.
