They were a top notch professional team they work well together they were very careful not to break anything and very efficient I am very pleased with the team that was sent me and would highly recommend them to others and if I should ever need them again I would hire them in a heart beat I really needed their help and I’m am very pleased how my move went extremely well without a hitch from any of my movers they were excellent. The owner is very nice but his helper damaged two very expensive appliances. He kept trying to force my refrigerator thru a doorway that it clearly wouldn’t go thru. He kept ramming it and ramming. Took a lot of paint off of the sides, plus he kept banging the doors into something and put several dents in them. When I showed him what he had done, he laughed. They also scuffed and scratched up my washer, taking a chunk of enamel out of the front. Both of these were practically new, in pristine condition, before the move. I don’t even know what else may be damaged. They also told me they could do everything in five hours...they did not! I had to rent another 15 ft truck that my son and I filled to the brim with boxes and storage containers for the first load and the remaining furniture and misc in the next load. I’ve moved several times and never had anyone try to charge me what they did and they moved my entire house, plus provided their own truck. I wish I could give them a good rating, as RJ was very nice, but sadly, I cannot.

I recently contacted RJ Movers to get some help in moving my brother from Pasadena, CA to Columbia, SC. The two young men that were sent arrived early and were ready to go. They were very polite and, when we asked, wore masks throughout the move. Both of these guys worked consistently and tirelessly, yet were careful of more fragile items. In particular, they did a good job in moving a piano over a rough outdoor path. More than a few times they helped me with some heavier boxes when they noted I was struggling. Within three hours we unloaded all of the items packed on the truck. I want to give a shout out to these two men who made a difficult task a much more positive experience. I would certainly use this company again when needed.
