I reserved two hours to unload my 15ft Uhaul. The movers were respectful and I watched them be very careful going through corners and doorways with my furniture.

The men were on time but, refused the extra hour offered them. I feel this caused a lot of our damage because they hurried to much.
I wondered why the men were in a hurry to leave until we started inspecting some of the loading. We found they broke a glass in my grand-father clock and put a large gouge in the footboard of our bed. We also found other scratchs on wood items they caused. We added extra padding to prevent additional damage. When we unloaded the trailer at our distanation, we found additional damage caused by their poor loading skills and lack of caring. They rubbed the paint on both our freezer and refrigerator that will need repainting. Several wood items were damaged because they did not properly pad them. We had more than enough pads available to do this. Two box springs were damaged when they poked other items though the bottoms and a mattress damaged from being slid instead of carried.
I can not recommend Moving Guys to others to use with help loading a moving trailer. I regret my use of them. Sometimes that's what you get with the low bid.

I was no where ready for this move but they was patience with me. They was very professional and fast. I had a lot of items to load in the truck and they got it done in the 2 hours window. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you gentlemen again for all your help.

I was confused because of time change(border of Eastern and Central) When we arrived they were there for either. We broke down on the way..They were very supportive and kept us calm cause we were running late. Texting back and forth was great support! Tim and his associate were complete gentlemen! We were 3rd floor and tried to get them to take a break. They said no. Only accepted one soft drink. Absolutely Awesome!
