Two straight out of high-school kids showed up, dropped off by what I assume was a parent. They had none of the moving supplies or equipment that was supposed to be provided. None of that would be of my concern had they not been extremely lazy, taking 15 minutes before carrying a single light box. They were clearly running out the clock, doing next to nothing, taking no directions until I and my 65 year-old Father-in-law stepped in and did the work for them. Biggest waste of 300 dollars I've ever spent!
Our movers that were scheduled for you, though young adults, are trained and experienced. You expressed that you wanted the items moved in a particular manner that conflicted with how our movers are trained (strategically organize items based on size and weight to best utilize the space in the moving truck and avoid potential damage). Our movers do not engage in verbal conflict so they honored your request of how you wanted the items moved, despite best practices. This, in addition to the rain, did create a time delay in which our movers communicated with you throughout the move so not to run out time.
We pride ourselves on providing 5-star service and are sorry that was not your experience.

Movers were late, stopped to play fetch with our dog, and charged us for an extra person we didn’t ask for. Did allow us to add an extra hour last minute which we appreciated and the otherwise did a good job while there.

Moving is stressful, but I was anything but stressed when B&B movers started to do their thing. They showed up on time with smiles on their faces and told me to sit back and relax—and boy did they mean it! They were FAST (only took 1 hour to move all my things for a 2-3 room apartment move) and they were super polite and funny. All of my things were packed safely, nicely together like a completed puzzle in my moving truck, and they were super prepared for the job with tools and truck straps and the like.
I would use them 10/10 again (AND THEY TRAVEL! So I can when I need to)!

Our customers can expect a touch-base call the day before and the day of the move to go over everything for a peace of mind. We will provide all protective material for your belongings and proper foot coverings for indoor l flooring

Please ensure all items are properly packed and sealed, appliances being moved are unhooked and large furniture dismantled.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide extensive hands-on training thay involves initial shadowing of experienced crew leads. We have self-paced online training for loading and unloading trucks, wrapping furniture and safeguarding customer property and providing exceptional customer service.
