I contracted with Move Makers to load my U-Haul truck for an out of state move. The team of Malik and Duke performed the loading. They arrived right on time, assessed the job, and started loading. They were polite, knowledgeable about how to load a truck, and efficient. And they handled my possessions with care. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect diligence and accuracy from us on moving days. Time is key, thus we ensure customers that we have strict protocols as it relates to showing up to scheduled appointments on time. We also ensure that all associates and crew members will dress appropriately for the job. Personal appearance and hygiene is something that is very important in our company. Specified tools, dollys, rope and tie downs will be present upon request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prepare for a moving day by giving us an accurate, detailed description of the type of services they require. This enables us to provide customers with the best customer service possible. If anything were to change thereafter, we kindly ask that customers notify us before the date of our appointment, thus the proper adjustments can be made. Our goal is to excel in customer service making moves easier for future clients.
