Customer's should expect a phone call confirming the appointment and any project specific details or specific requirements.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
MyGuy will send a team of movers who will arrive at the scheduled time. The team will consist of professional movers or specialized crews depending on the complexity of the move. The team will do a walk through with you to ensure everyone is on the same page/all items are accounted for. If packing is included, movers will begin wrapping and packing items carefully before loading them onto the truck. This may involve padding, shrink wrapping, or boxing fragile items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If packing and unpacking is included then the effort on your end is minimal. Simply verify any special instructions with the team Before/after they arrive. Ensure/reserve parking, then sit back and let us do the heavy lifting, literally! for moving labor only the best practices is to verify parking/ensure all items are packed and ready to move days before your appointment. This prevents any last minute moving stress and ensures the team is ready to "go-go-go" once they arrive.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
nobody necessary loves to move. it is typically a stress and anxiety filled day filled with worry about broken items, balancing move out and move in dates. hoping that one family member doesn't cancel on you last minute and so on. my favorite part is arriving to these situations and watching my clients domineer change as they watch their worry wash away, wondering why they ever worried in the first place. what might take an individual or family "all day" can be tackled by our skilled team in no time,
