07/13/23 - I would definitely give them 5 stars except for one big thing. There were two guys, showed up a little early (great!) and came ready to work. Myron and Dennis are their names. They packed quickly, the truck was tightly packed and extremely well packed and they worked very efficiently. My only complaint is that Myron had a chip on his shoulder and was very rude. Dennis was pleasant the entire time. At the end, Myron requested a 5 star rating and when I asked him if I could share one of his weaknesses with him, he said yes. So I explained how impressive the packing, speed and efficiency of what they had done was but how his personal communications could be better. Myron responded that I could give him 4 stars but his communication was just fine. I had my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren with me the whole time and they all pointed out how rude he was from the start. To be fair, Myron seemed to be in charge, was a very hard worker and extremely good at packing the truck. You can't always get perfect service, and these days, customer service is lacking with the younger generation. I would hire this service again and request that I not get Myron.

Myron & Dennis kept me informed of their schedule. They arrived early and immediately started to work. They followed my instructions and executed perfectly. Even on a steaming hot afternoon, they emptied the entire stuff from a 16 feet truck to a third floor apartment in less than 2 hours with only few short breaks. All my stuffs are in good shape. I would definitely use and recommend them again in the future.
