My husband and I were very disappointed with their service. We used your website in the past, and the movers we received before were wonderful. When they arrived my husband explained to them the best way to load the vehicle properly, to protect our belongings and for a rapid move. We have many times and know exactly what we are doing. However, the movers did not listen and decided to move how the saw fit, and guess what they spent over a half-hour rearranging the truck to place our belongings to the order my husband had told them in the beginning. We wished we had been able to find the movers who moved us before, as they spent all of their time working on moving and not trying to figure out how to move things. The young men were very nice and polite, but they have a lot to learn about assisting people with moving.
