Mr. Ben at True Life Movers was the most incredible protector and Tetris master I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. The ways he used the supplies we had with us to ensure everything would make it safely through a 12 hour drive in a 26ft U-Haul were incredible! Everything from grandfather clocks to glass cabinets were handled with care and expertly protected by both Mr. Ben and Jerome. Boxes, blankets, tape, protector wrap and tie downs all came in handy to ensure nothing moved as we had a much larger truck than we actually needed. Ben and Jerome were a little delayed as we were outside of their typical area, however they kept in contact and updated me on the ETA regularly to ensure we would all arrive at the storage facility together. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and request them specifically because they worked so well together and really did a phenomenal job!

I had a scheduled window between 1 and 2 PM. They called me at 11 and meet us now. I said sure I’ll see you at noon. They decided to take a lunch break instead of meeting me, so I had to wait two hours. Then, they went to the wrong address. They went to the place a delivery not the place of pick up. That was another half hour of my wasted time. When they got there, they did the job fine, it’s just waiting all that extra time wasn’t worth it for me.
