We have been in operation for up to 10+ years. Master Mover Service is professional, experienced, customer-friendly. We Provide hand trucks, dollies, tools, blankets, and or wrapping paper. Master movers offer load/unload services, packing and assembling all furniture and electronics. We are diligent, energetic, committed, and happy to work for you. Due to covid, we take tests every 3-4 weeks, we do a routine temperature check & we were gloves and masks.

Crew reported on time reportedly worked hard. Job ran over the 2 hours scheduled by 2 hours and crew left to work on another job. Customer reported a lot of items left to load. Company reported there were only "3 TV's which had to be removed from the wall" and would return for no charge to complete the work. In fact there WERE a lot of items left to load and crew stayed to do that work for five hours. However, instead of the "no charge" for 3 tv's the crew collected directly from the customer without informing either HireaHelper or MoveAmerica. We believe this was the crew's method of bypassing HireaHelper and MoveAmerica. This was only discovered accidentally after discussing the job with the customer.

Would not recommend them to anyone just got around to unpacking boxes that were marked fragile and we have various pieces that were family heirlooms and were broken beyond repair.Boxes marked fragile were placed on the bottom with other heavy boxes stacked on top,totally ridicules,for the money you charged I expected much better service.No supervision boss dropped the two men off and didn't show up till the job was done,should refund my money but I know that will never happen!!!!Please teach your employees how to read,fragile means breakable!!!!!

We hired Master Movers to unload our POD. The 2 movers were on time, well prepared and worked non stop for 2 hours. They were very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend .
