The two people who showed up had no dolly or tools. They were slow and obviously did not know how to pack a pod. Some large furniture items were severely damaged! According to my unloaded, it appeared as if items were just thrown in space was not appropriately used.
Add to this that the people you referred the day before (move stars) were no shows, and I am severely frustrated.

You never told us to bring dolly or tools so how I know to bring it if you say you have everything packed and you had a small pod with very large items everything wasn’t gonna fit and you watch me load every item so you know it wasn’t thrown in there just want to bash us and we worked hard. We went over our time frame because you had to take your house door apart because items wouldn’t fit in & we came at the last minute but you ungrateful and mad because the first moving company didn’t show up
