I was a professional mover many years ago and was ready to do the truck/trailer organizing my self if needed, because I knew how to do it. I watched them for the first 30 minutes & said to my self, these guys know exactly what they are doing. Just stay out of their way. They were totally completed in the time figured. ????
Freelance Movers were on time, courteous and careful. They unloaded the truck and set up the bigger heavy items I could not do myself and didn’t drop or break anything. When they left, the heavy stuff was set up and in place and all the boxes were in the correct rooms. Moving isn’t fun. But, Freelance Movers made it considerably less difficult and stressful.
Great service, great customers service, very friendly, very professional, very polite, called to inform you the time of arrival and wasn’t a min late! Overall GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICE I will recommend them at anytime!!!!

Chris and his crew worked incredibly hard to move the contents of three storage units, a basement and a bedroom to our home in Normal. It took three trips in a 26' box truck from 12noon to 7 pm. It was an incredible amount of work but they kept moving until it was completed. We are so grateful we choose Illinois Valley Movers. They were careful, considerate and incredibly hard working. Devon and his assistant were very careful packing my furniture and boxes and taking extra care with fragile items and boxes. They were on time, they worked hard and I would recommend them for this type of work. Be aware that time is billed by the hour, they stayed for an extra 30 minutes but you can only pay by the hour apparently.
Running ten minutes late but called to expllain. Upon arrival went to work in a very enthusiastic manner. Nothing broken, chipped or scraped. Excellent work.
We had a 16 foot pod with a lot of big items. I was a little skeptical of how much it could fit. The guys got everything in there plus some. Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.
They started on time. They were very courteous. They worked steadily. They were knowledgeable about the best way to pack and unpack. They went above and beyond what we asked. In addition to this they treated the furniture with great care. I have used moving labor help in two household moves and these guys are the best of them all. I would highly recommend them in the future.
