Lets clear the air with a few more details! This request was for 3 men for 2 hrs to load and unload a 4bdrm house into a 10’ truck. Thats NOT possible! When we arrived you offered an underage employee beer. You werent ready for your move and you had more to load than you disclosed. We had to pull all of the furniture from upstairs to downstairs and stage it to configure how to load your house full into a 10’ truck. That took 5 hrs alone cause we had to share the tight spaces with you while you packed while we attempted to get things to the truck.
All 5 of your tvs where taken off the walls prior to us arriving therefore we never knew the operability of the tvs to begin with which hah will not cover (says that in your contract) You did not provide any straps for YOUR trucks and the headboard stripped from the pressboard. Again contract says pressboard isnt covered and we explained that a longer screw would correct that issue. You did disclose the mark on the wall from the washer going up stairs and we stated insurance would cover that BUT you MUST PAY THE BILL!!! Hire a helper explained this to you as well, there is a process! You wanted 2 hrs worth of work and we gave 7! You never paid for 5 hrs! Once you pay hire a helper for the balance they can issue an insurance claim on the valid damages. You drove your own truck so insurance
Wont cover issues related to your contractual obligations. This service was 7/31/26 and you just released payment of the 2 hrs requested on 9/13/26 and still owe hah a balance of 5 hrs. We couldve left you at 3
Hrs with only the furniture downstairs and not loaded but we stayed and attempted to do everything we could to help you and do the right thing only to get scammed, not paid and a bum review to hide your responsibility as theres no way the tvs were broken on our watch.
They were blanketed and positioned between mattresses. The one you send a pic of turn on had a hole in the corner. Thats from a kick not a drop and that particular tv you had on the ground prior to our arrival. This move came in same day and had red flags all over it and we still showed up and went well beyond the contracted agreement.
All for a 2 hr minimum pay. Balance of 5hrs still due to us and hire a helper. 1

This is why we have contracts!! The service order was for 3 men for 4 hrs to load & unload a 20’ truck. Client failed to note there was a safe to be moved and did state she had a very heavy king sized sleeper sofa, however im not sure what tools and materials shouldve been brought as you can only man-handle these items.
When the crew arrived on site we had a 16’ truck to work with as well as 2 people helping and directing that were NOT part of our company! The marks to the walls and steps were already there and pics were captured to prove this. Our contract states that we will stay one hour past the contracted time as clients may or may not know how much time they need. We had another service in the afternoon so we couldnt stay any longer than 5 hrs where she asked for 4. With 5 people this service should have taken 3 hrs but the 2 representatives the client had dictated how and where to pack and load slowing the crew. We didnt leave at 2 hrs in…. We actually fulfilled the contract PLUS one hour! Most providers leave once their time is up.
