I called them a week before I needed to move to schedule morning help on a Sunday. They said they could have the movers there by 8 am which was great because I only needed them for 2 hours and I wanted to leave by 11 am. 8 am came around and no one was there. I had received a text stating that they were on their way so I figured I'd give it a few more minutes. By 8:15 they still weren't at my house so I called. The guy I talked to said they didn't have me in the system which is weird because I had just received a text and the money had been on hold on my credit card since the night prior. They said they would have 2 people come out and I told them I needed 4. The guy said he would find 4 people and be out within the hour. 9 am comes around and there is STILL no sign of them. I called back at around 9:30 to find out where they were and the same man told me they were on their way. They finally showed up a little after 10 am. I will say they moved very quickly. However, their packing skills were not very good. They spilled one box down the stairs and didn't even tell me. They just threw my lamp in the truck and didn't pack the glass between the bed. Luckily the only thing that broke was the lamp. My final issue was the fact that I signed a paper when they left stating they had finished the job then just two days ago I get a call stating that the payment to the movers hadn't been released yet because I hadn't confirmed that they finished the job. It was a little inconvenient but not a huge deal. Overall they moved me quickly and 1 weeks notice isn't a lot. However, I was pretty frustrated that I was stuck hooking up a trailer and car to the penske truck in the hottest part of the day because they were 2 hours late. I probably wouldn't use this company again due to the lack of organization I experienced.

The men were early, I wasn't quite ready for them, but I'm sure they would have waited for the scheduled time if I had asked them to. They worked hard to help me get at least the big items unloaded. It was not an easy move, as it had to be physically hauled across a large area of grass, or go all the way around the apartment to stay on the sidewalk (and avoid going across grass). 2 of my LARGE items fell over and I just KNEW that there would be no saving them. One of the guys convinced the other one to give it a shot to recover the items. If it had not been for him, I would not have those items now. The wardrobe and large shelving unit were expensive items, and aside from the gauges that were acquired during the transport process, these men saved them without further damage. Thank you guys! I'd definitely recommend this company.

They should have brought an appliance dolly with them, instead of a normal hand truck, but they had the brawn to get the job done either way.
