Highly recommended movers! Eric and Ricardo showed up on time, loaded and unloaded a 25' Uhaul in 5 hours. Both young gentlemen were professional, polite and extremely hard workers. I anticipated 6-7 hours for the job, and they completed it in 5 hours. Utopia refunded me the unused 2 hours. Excellent moving company!

Communication with the company was pretty good--this was a last minute booking.
They were unprepared to find/pay parking downtown, even though I made it clear in the booking that they would need to find parking. This caused them to start late and waste time.
They worked much slower than other movers I have had from here, and it was pretty obvious one or more of them had smoked marijuana right before the job, resulting in an overall slowness of getting the job done. They did finish the job without any damage. But I cannot enthusiastically recommend.
