I'm giving 5 stars because the movers were excellent! They were positive, professional, and did a great job with my items!
I unfortunately have an issue with the owner, who 5 weeks later has not refunded me for over payment. I was asked to provide evidence of the time spent at my move, which I did, and was then told I would be sent the money via cash app. Unfortunately, despite multiple texts and pleas, the owner will not send me the money as he said he would.
Thanks again to the movers. It's really disappointing to have my moving experience with this company end this way. But I'd like to caution others to be very careful about over payment and make sure you clock the time and have the receipts. I lost a little faith in humanity with this interaction. I hope the next customers served are treated more respectfully.

The gentlemen who helped me were very nice; however, they were not professional movers in any way shape or form. One asked me how to tie a knot. I tipped all of them for their hard work because they deserved it.
Hire A Helper and Utopia Movers should be careful with the word "professional". I was sold on movers who would be expert in packing and securing items to be transported in a POD.
Maybe a fluke, but I will not work with either company again.

Two guys showed up after the designated window, looked around, and then told me they’d do it all for $100 more than I already paid. I informed them I had already paid, and they just left. I had to constantly text the owner to find out what was going on. Apparently both my planned movers had called out sick. He said he’d only charge me for person for one hour. He sent two replacements who very obviously were not experienced. My family and I did most of the work and had to help them alot. They also chipped my walls. Not great to happen on the first house I ever bought. They also placed boxes in bathrooms and shut the door or left things like the bedroom dresser in the living room so they wouldn’t have to go up more stairs. They were nice but definitely the worst moving service I have had so far. With how much I paid and the quality of service, huge disappointment

The moving gentlemen arrived on time. They were patient with my disorganization and were professional in every way. They rose to the challenge of my adjustable bed frame and made sure it made it on the moving pod. But what I appreciated most was they did the work joyfully. I really appreciated that as I was seriously stressed with the move. They made me laugh! Highly recommend Utopia!
