The two gentlemen that loaded our truck were great, but they were subcontracted by Efficient Movers without my consent. There was also a hiccup with the way that payment went through from Efficient Movers to the loaders. I ended up on the phone, negotiating between the two parties. It made me really uncomfortable and hesitant to use or recommend Hire-a-Helper in the future. There are so many ways that it could've gone wrong and I felt like I was at risk because the company I hired wasn't who showed up. I didn't even know until the end. It wasn't a good experience.
