What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our professional crew will arrive prepared with the proper moving equipment and a clear understanding of the job. We begin with a walkthrough, confirm the items being moved, and create an efficient plan for loading, transportation, unloading, and final placement. We focus on protecting furniture, floors, walls, doorways, and the customer’s property throughout the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have boxes packed, sealed, and clearly labeled unless packing services have been requested. Please disconnect electronics and appliances, remove personal items from furniture, secure valuables and important documents, and reserve elevators, loading docks, or parking areas when necessary. Customers should also notify us in advance about stairs, heavy items, oversized furniture, or access restrictions.
