Called me 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to say a helper wasn't answering his phone so they weren't going to make it. For something I booked way in advance they should have had the help ready to go for the day.

They went above and beyond to help me get the job done! I blew my knee out the day before when loading up the uhaul at my storage unit :( So I went online the next day to hire some guys to come and unload the truck for me at my house cause I didn't have the help there like I did the day before to do it. Best decision ever!! All though I felt bad just sitting there watching, because I'm not use to doing that at all, they made it look so easy! I'm so thankful that they were able to come last minute because I did not make the reservation for them to come until that morning when I needed someone. They stayed 2 hours later than what I had originally put to help me do some extra moving because they knew I wouldn't be able to do it! Chris is an outstanding guy and business man and I will definitely be using his company and services again in the future and will refer to anyone I know, they are honest, hard working, and very respectful to you and your belongings!
