I specifically requested that they move all of the heavy stuff first into my U-Haul, and to be mindful of the two hours that I hired them for, because whatever was left over after two hours, I could pack myself. One of the movers did next to nothing and kept trying to chitchat with me. At the two hour mark my bed and couch were still not packed - which were previously identified as the heavy things that needed to be packed first. At one point one of the movers started yelling at the other, she stormed off and was gone for about 10 minutes. When she came back, she just watched the other mover pack and did not help. I ended up having to pay for 45 minutes over. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Selected them for labor only services. They didn’t show up at start time, when I called the contact, Joey Pineda, to inquire about their arrival he went on about something that had nothing to do with my booking then hung up. Called again and after giving him my information and start time he asked if I was trying to book as if I didn’t just say they were supposed to be here at 1 and hung up again. From there none of my calls or calls from the reps at hire a helper were ever answered and of course the never came. Completely unprofessional company and they should honestly be taken off. I would advise not to book especially if you only have minimal time gor a move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will send you a text asking for basic information. The more information you give us the better we can assist.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will be there within an hour of the booked time. we generally book for 8am, noon, 4pm and 8pm.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have your moving blankets and alll the boxes packed. So we can pack the truck the professional way. We suggest having little children and pets in a seperate room for their safety.
