Jacob & Steven arrived on time, were very quick to load my POD, and really seemed to understand that the items they were loading were literally my prized possessions.
I do stained glass and so I had several sheets of glass along with fragile supplies. They were able to load everything I wanted and needed into the POD. I haven't unpacked it yet, that will be the real proof.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We do our very best to have outstanding communication. We will confirm all details with the customer within 1 hour of getting the booking if communication is able to be established.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our team will communicate when they are en route to the job site, giving an eta when they leave. Our team will arrive with dollies, blankets (as long as the move is not a one-way move), and hand tools and ready to use whatever is necessary for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should always weigh their options on what would work best for them. The things to look at are cost V. convenience. for example, if customers would like to have our team do disassembly and assembly, we are more than capable of doing this, but it could add time to the move and cost the customer more. Making sure all loose items are packed (where possible) getting things ready and easy to grab for the movers will make things go much quicker and smoother for both the moving team, and the customer.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our team is heavily experienced with local moves. We have helped many customers in our community move within a 60-mile radius. There are many resources available to customers moving long distances, so we often are hired for one side of the move, whether it is loading or just unload a truck. Whatever your needs, we can help you with our own resources, or point you in some directions to help get you what you need.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being a mover is extremely rewarding in many ways. First, the physical side of things help keeps us in shape! Most movers look at this industry due to the fact that they enjoy being active and physical, and to work hard. Secondly, helping families move their precious belongings into their new home is extremely rewarding. Moving can be very difficult and stressful. Being able to help relieve this from our customers is part of our biggest pride in our work.
What training do you provide your crew members?
With all of our movers, they are paired with our experienced leads for many jobs before becoming a lead themselves. We perform evaluations of all of our movers before they become leads, after they have sufficient experience. We give our teams training videos to view as well, but the best training for our teams is always on the job. Becoming a professional mover takes time, so we always ask for compassion and understanding from our customers as the experience level on our teams varies.
