Fantastic service that was recommended by Penske truck rental. Their communication is about the best I've ever had from a service company. They are on top of their game and take care of everything. From emails to texts to phone calls, their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend their services. We rented a 26 foot truck and they had it loaded in two hours with a flight of stairs. The company that unloaded us took an hour.

Only hire these guys if you have simple stuff to move. They refused to assemble the weigh equipment although the assembly requirement was discussed at the time of booking.
We did not refuse anything. We do not put gym equipment together when we did not take it apart. You had a whole gym set not one item. And you forgot to mention we took off an hour of work which we did not have to do. We unloaded the pod like we were supposed to do. Also per rules of Hireahelper. I'm sorry you are unhappy but we strive for excellent work and reviews.

No need to call a middle man. They got it all wrong. I needed two guys in a pickup and got three dopes in a huge moving van. They did very little in one hour and I got charged for three.
You ordered 2 guys and a 16’ truck not a pickup truck. We do not even offer a pickup truck for moving. I sent 3 guys and our big truck because the 16’ truck was down. You had the big truck and an extra guy no charge. You had 3 stops and the guys were done fast since you didn’t have anything at each stop. My guys aren’t dopes and are very professional on what they do. So for you to say that is unacceptable. Have a blessed day.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We typically call our customers within an hour of receiving notification of booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always call our customers the day prior to moving to confirm the date and time. On the day of the move, our crew will show up with smiles on their faces and ready to work!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You can always call us with any questions prior to moving day. First and foremost, customers should RELAX. Items should be wrapped and packed in labeled boxes. Furniture pads should be purchased or rented - they are essential to protecting your belongings. If you are disassembling furniture before we arrive, put all hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) in a labeled baggie and tape it to the furniture or put it somewhere safe.
What types of moves have you handled?
You name it, we have done it! Labor services (loading, unloading, re-arranging furniture), Full Service Moves (white glove services with a truck), local moves, corporate moves, junk removal, deliveries.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have met some pretty awesome customers. Moving can be very stressful, so it's always nice to hear that we have alleviated the stress that is associated with moving.
