Immediately after booking, you will receive a text confirming that we have your appointment. Shortly after that, you we perform a scheduling call between 5pm and 7pm to ask preliminary questions, and set an arrival window.

Before your appointment, you will receive a text with your crew ETA. Our team will call before, during, and after your appointment to make sure that our client[s] satisfied. Arrival of capable, professional helpers to assist you.
