The movers were polite and did a good job wrapping the furniture. However, the loading of the POD container was not well organized. They did not fully secure the ropes before stacking boxes toward the back, and despite having a large container, they stacked boxes unnecessarily while leaving a significant portion of the container empty. This made it difficult to properly secure the load. Overall, wrapping was good, but container loading and space organization could be improved.
