This was my third time using Mastermind Movers. Eddie and his team are great. He always goes above and beyond and I fully trust his work and know that my belongings and home will be safe and respected. I highly recommend them. Robert, one of his helpers was outstanding as well.

Mastermind Movers did the physical work of unloading our 26' moving truck, which is a big project. But I wouldn't hire them again. I didn't get a confirmation call that they were coming, until I called them that morning. 2 of the 4 movers were on time. 1 mover, the boss, left the move 30 minutes early to run to the bank before they closed. Boxes were brought in upside down, though some had the labels saying which side should be up. Furniture was brought in carelessly. I felt like they were doing the physical part of moving the boxes and furniture, but there was no specific knowledge of how to move various pieces and no special skill outside of average people moving boxes that I could have had from friends coming to help. I would not hire them again.

Our helpers went above and beyond to help us move our things into our third floor apartment. The conditions were not good, there was lots of snow on the ground, but they came through and figured out a way to unload our things regardless. They did so quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them!

Moving my 84 year old mother from Salt Lake City to my home in St. Louis has been a huge undertaking. I booked Mastermind Movers based on their high rating and they did not disappoint. The 3 gentlemen were prompt, respectful of my mother’s belongings, professional, kind, and very accommodating to our indecisiveness regarding some of my mother’s belongings. They even brought extra furniture blankets in case I didn’t have enough...which I didn’t.... so that was a lifesaver. I would HIGHLY recommend Mastermind Movers.

I would definitely use Mastermind Movers again!! They were great!! They were on time and ready to work!! Very friendly!! I think his name was Eddy He said he had been a mover for 25 yrs!! He really knew his stuff!! I was worried about fitting everything in the truck!! Well they did a great job of stacking Everything in and we had plenty of room in the truck!!He even brought rope to tie everything into the truck !!!! I had reserved 4 hrs and they got it done in 2 hr!! Very great job!! Thanks Mastermind Movers !
