They worked hard and did the job fast. The problem is too fast I went to unload and there were tools nuts small things not put back after they used them. Furniture that was in the disassembled to get it out of door but put on backwards. Boxes marked fragile were put upside down and on the bottom. Over 700$ worth of collectors items were crushed. Lost about 10 pieces in my glasses and plates. Not worth the money I paid them. I even tipped 100$

I had 5 pods that measured 8x7x6. I had 3 helpers for 3 hours and moved into 3 story townhouse with garage. Eddie, Mike and Chris got it all done. They worked hard and efficient. They were courteous and careful. I would highly recommend them.

This was my second time using a moving company and I have to say Mastermind movers clearly out shine the others!!! They moved quick with unloading my moving truck and packing it into my storage unit. They packed it perfectly so that I could get to the things I would need more often and other things that I wouldn't need were put to the back. I moved the context of my entire house and they finished the job in under an hour!!!! I could not have been more happy. Thanks for the help guys.

They arrived at the appointed time. Brought 3 men instead of 2 so the job would go faster due to the heat, but didn't charge any more. They worked quickly and steadily the entire time they were here! Brought their own dollies. Asked where items went instead of just setting them in the entry. Wonderful.
