Will NEVER use this service again or recommend to anyone. Our scheduled worker Dominic did not show up on time nor did he call to say he would be late. Not just a few minutes late but almost 1 and 1/2 hours late which we found out about after calling company looking for him. This resulted in my husband and I having to unload the truck ourself and we both have bad backs. This was necessary because the rental truck needed to be returned that day. Customer service just said “sorry”. Really unprofessional and poor service all around. Never again!

The guys where great at first but as they started to get tired they stopped communicating and packing efficiently. We ended up having to unpack the truck ourselves and repack to fit everything in. It was so much wasted time and energy that we honestly didn’t have after moving. I was pretty disappointed.

We needed assistance on short notice on Saturday. The Hire a Helper employee was able to locate helpers that were available (Saturday and ASAP).
