The movers were clean, courtesy, resourceful and did quick and good work. They arrived 2.5 hours later than scheduled. Reyes communicated with me throughout the day anticipating the delay (a work crew called in sick). My day was flexible so this was not a problem. I prepaid for movers for 2 hours but only got 2 movers who finished their work in 1.5 hours. There was no accommodation for the reduced hours or staff.
