They did great, but I have some personal items that are missing from my drawer. Noticed it gone when I was unpacking and searching for stuff. Possibly stolen by the movers when they moved my drawer to the truck, when no one was watching!??????
Try pulling out your drawers ...some times things fall in the shell of the dresser...Most people pack up their dressers for that reason.

After booking a job with Metro you can expect to get the service you deserve. If you have questions, We have answers. We can also help you prepare for your move by giving helpful advice that will actually save you money.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can rest assured the crew will arrive on time with a Can-Do attitude. The crew will be uniformed and have the equipment and material to expedite your move without delay. The crew will have a plan and will immediately identify any problems such as whether the items will fit in the container or if certain items might require additional prep work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Use new boxes! Sometimes we see boxes used so many times they've turned into cardboard bags. If some items are not being moved make sure those items are marked DO NOT TAKE or put them in a room that is marked NOTHING FROM THIS ROOM. Make sure to pack everything you can.
What types of moves have you handled?
In 35 years we have done all kinds of moves and are knowledgeable on how best to transport problematic pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love taking the stress out of the equation. Some people have a bad memory of their last move and once they see the quality of our work they instantly become more friendly with us.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have monthly classes where we work out areas that we see need improvement. The crew has a lot of fun and at the same time hone their skills .
