A week earlier in Niceville, Florida, the experience hire a helper experience was such a pleasant, efficient process. The Florida crew was hardworking, happy, and easy to communicate with.
However, in Michigan, prior to delivery, it was difficult to reach BB via phone to confirm date/time that my container would be unloaded. They were an hour+ late for the appointment. I saw a car parked close to the container and it was a while before someone came to the door to inform me they were the crew. I thought it odd that Brandon, the owner of BB did not come out of the car until the crew was nearly finished. T & B, the crew members, somewhat struggled as one man did the bulk of unloading while the other couldn’t quite keep up. The crew was done in one hour a quarter hour but I think their timer started when they parked. I had a message from hire a helper that their time was ending. I paid for two hours, which I understand is the minimum.
To summarize, my pod was unloaded, but customer service was very lacking.

Brandon and his team arrived on time and worked quickly and carefully. We had way too much stuff moving out of our house, but they loaded all of it without wasting an inch of space. Had the full job done in 1.5 hours. Would def hire again

The movers were wonderful! They waited a long time for me to figure out my PODS container situation (where to place it), were super patient, helpful, and speedy. I could kiss these movers. I also needed to reschedule for a later time on the same day of the move, and they were very kind to accept the reschedule. They are the most amazing people on Earth. 10/10 please use this service!

BB’s moving was great, I would definitely recommend their service! Brandon provided consistent communication prior to the move and on the day of they showed up a few minutes and were ready to work. They unloaded my 20 ft truck in less than the 2-hour window for which I booked them. And they were very respectful of my property and neighbors around. Not only would I recommend them, but I would book them again for my next move. Keep up the great work!

They were on time, respectful of my property and finished in the allocated time. They were nice enough to remember my name when other services have not. I would recommend them if you had Furniture to move.
As a side note, well I do not live any extremely rural area, I have a large piece of heavily wooded and wild property. They were very surprised to see a wild turkey in my front yard. Especially that they're moving didn't seem to bother the turkey as it didn't run away.
That helped break the ice, and the guys dug in to get the job done
