They ripped off one of the back sections of my couch and broke it in a way that isn't fixable. It was a part that is supposed to be able to be detached too, so they didn't even have to yank on it to get it off. Straight up ripped a metal hook off. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I have requested three movers but only 2 showed up. 40% through the move the movers say they are tired and unable to finish the move. I was left stranded with 60% of my move to be done without help. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
