1. They arrived over an hour late.
2. One of the helpers was in his cell phone for 15 minutes before he began to help.
3. I was very specific when I instructed them to not place items in a certain area. They did so anyway and I now have to remove them by myself.
4. Items such as fabric were thrown on the floor of my basement.
This was a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend using them.

The lead mover was friendly enough, the second one walked around burping out loud, which I don’t even do around my wife let alone around people that I don’t know. They were on their phones off and on which only served to further slow down their already slow service. In two hours they barely had anything loaded into our truck and were not very careful in the way they moved our belongings, although the lead man I believe tried harder than the second guy. Our front load washer was scratched badly by moving it face towards the dolly, my massage chair (already in worn condition, but used daily) was dragged on the ground (on its side), headboard has two huge gouges, dryer pedestal was dented, freezer is scratched (deep), and other issues. My wife and I had to reorganize almost everything they loaded into the truck, luckily it wasn’t too much. We paid for a third hour just to finish what should have taken one hour, even with the extra time they didn’t get everything that we hired them to do. In other moves we had two men load a 20’ truck in three hours, and when moving my in-laws from AZ to OH we had a 65 y/o man and two women completely load a 26’ truck from top to bottom and front to back in three hours, with only one broken (plastic) TV stand in a 1200 mile move. Overall we were very disappointed with the service from these movers, it took us almost four days to completely load and reorganize our truck as we had to correct the loading provided to us and then my wife and I had to finish loading heavy items that should have been done well within two hours and especially within three, but weren’t. We had hired them to load our heavy items and load as many boxes as possible in two hours, based off of our previous experiences (listed above) most of the truck should have been loaded, instead very little of our things were loaded even with an extra hour. The little work that was completed left so much for my wife and I to do that we had to rent our truck for two extra days.

Norris and Jason were a great team to have to unload my truck into a new storage facility. They put me at ease and allowed me to enjoy the moving experience. I was nervous I would not fit my items into the unit, but the packing was so perfect there was room to spare. These two did it all with smiles and humor. I definitely recommend hiring this team!
