I would have selected zero stars, if it was an option. If you are moving in the Detroit Area, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The movers were 90 minutes late, then tried to scam me by forcing me to pay them directly and to cancel the payment through Hire-A-Helper. They were pressuring and pushing me and I felt very threatened and unsafe. All they did was bad mouth Hire-a-Helper as a company and badger me to pay them cash or through their Paypal, instead. They also brought a person ready to take my payment who sat in the car the whole time. It was uncomfortable and disturbed me.

Very happy with the movers. They were able to accommodate my request to come earlier than the scheduled time. They worked hard and quickly. Work definitely use them again.
