What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will be contacting you within 48hrs. We are going to go through the details and find out what you need from us and what is important to you.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We do keep you updated about our arrival time. We make sure that your stuff is handled with care. We will let you know if we see any issues along the way. We are also hard working and do our best to get done as soon as possible. We also have a courteous team.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always highly recommend plastic stretch wrap for furniture that has doors or drawers, bubble wrap for glass items, and rope so we can help secure you items from shuffling around. Make sure to mark fragile items. Make sure you are not over packing boxes so they don't fall out.
What types of moves have you handled?
I have 7+ years of experience with a company that I went all over. I have been with companies to do furniture deliveries. We have moved offices. Also have moved a lot of local people. We have even smaller jobs like moving furniture out of a house so floors can be redone. We have also moved safes and pianos. So a little bit of all of it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It is great to hear the stories of the people and how they got where they are or where they are going. Not to mention get to do my workouts without the gym.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I work with each of my crew members for a couple of weeks one on one. We may slow down some to show them some of the finer details to make sure they understand it all. I stick with them until they have learned all they need to and are up to speed.
