Everything went smooth. Arrived on time and finished in the allotted time.
Could have been a little more delicate with my belongings but it is expected I suppose with moving. I still recommend them for your moving needs and may use them in the future if possible.

We enjoyed the unload, pod container was like a block away from apartment, we had to shuttle everything with my pickup truck to save time

I have used Doug a couple of times. He is very professional. He has always done a great job. He moves my furniture around until I'm satisfied with no problem. If I move again he will definitely be my first call.

They came on time was very courteous. We have damage on the storm door frame, sofabed ... door frames. Not happy at all. We complained and he came out and looked at damage. He offered some money for repairs ... the storm door can not be repaired .. He was nice but this is business and this was very important to us.

Mover's response:
the outside storm door had a small blemish on it. it was barely noticeable. i dont know if we hit anything with it She had us bring a sleeper sofa into one bedroom that barely fit through the bedroom door. She changed her mind and had us bring it into another bedroom that barely fit through the door. It took some paint off of the door frame. Two days later she texted me at 630 on a saturday night complaining of damage. This was a unload job. When we got to the house we had to take the old refrigerator out of the house so we took all the doors off the fridge and the door off the front door of the house. we took all the bedroom doors off so her sleeper sofas would go through her bedroom doors. sleeper sofa barely fit through bedroom door. outside storm door was blemished (like half inch by eighth of an inch) but i have no idea if we did it. 1.) we took some paint off door frame. 2.)underneath bottom back corner of couch was bruised-punctured from tight bedroom door 3.) The storm outside door had a small abrasion on it. we will try to do better, thankful for 3 stars!
