The movers were on time and communicative throughout the whole process. They brought all the equipment they would need, such as straps to carry our stupid heavy dresser up a flight of stairs. They didn't complain once, even though I have like 30 boxes of books and I've never had a mover not complain. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Movers packed items poorly resulting in damage
Movers refused to use the blankets provided for the furniture
Many items were not wrapped properly resulting in dirt on items
Some of the movers did not keep their mask on even though they had agreed to do so.
