RBM Best Movers were great! I hired them to help unload my moving truck after a recent move from out of state. They called the day before my move to confirm and then reached out again the morning of the move. The team was extremely responsive when I needed to reach them. They arrived on time and had my entire truck unloaded in under an hour (well under my two-hour estimate), and every piece of furniture and box were in perfect condition. The cost was extremely reasonable, and I would definitely hire RBM Best Movers again!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our clients can expect our crew to be on time and precise. Any questions or concerns a client may have on the day of the move can be asked to the owner that will present on the field assisting and supervising the team.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The clients should prepare for the day by having everything packed and ready to go before the RBM team arrives to ensure a speedy moving. As the day comes, the client should feel free to contact RBM Best Movers by phone or email with all questions and concerns about what to do up to and on the day of the move for their move to be easy and smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
RBM Best Movers focuses exclusively on local moves to ensure we can give what we consider a neighborly hand. Although our owners have performed moves and delivered furniture all over New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania they have always been "the guys around the block". The ones with the strong back that the neighbors always called on for help with heavy items around the house and occasionally a move or two.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Before I became an owner of RBM Best Movers I made furniture deliveries all over my little corner of the world. It is what I have done since I finished high school and I have not found work that makes me feel so free nor so appreciated. I have met so many different people from so many different backgrounds. I have stepped inside so many beautiful homes and have had the chance to see so many wonderful views but what I love the most about my job is the faces of my clients after they see what I am capable of!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We approach our training pretty much how we approach every aspect of our company, hands-on and with attention to detail. We start with our recruitment. Moving can be difficult and we make sure our recruits can handle the pressure and that they have some moving or furniture delivery background and experience. Then we have them participate with other recruits on a mock move supervised by one or more of our owners. Finally, our owners will decide after personal observation and an interview who can continue.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
