These two young men were true pros. I have seen young men work and these two are the best. Quick and efficient, they packed the container completely full in 3 hours. I would give them a 20 out of 10. EP Movers didn’t just show up. They showed out. The crew arrived early, came fully prepared, and got straight to work without hesitation. Every item was handled with care. No shortcuts. No excuses. What stood out most was how organized and efficient they were. No wasted motion. No confusion. They treated our home and property with respect like it was their own. Communication was solid from start to finish and they kept a professional attitude the entire time. I’ve moved plenty of times. This team set the standard. I would bring them back without question and recommend them without hesitation.

They arrived on time. They had trouble getting the door open on the PODS container (not their fault), and were good sports about it. They did break one item that fell out of another item. They cleaned up the broken glass and were on their way. The issue I had was that they stacked the boxes too high. I mentioned this to the one doing it and his response was “they’re light.” I’m a disabled veteran with back issues. That was not the correct response. They were not light to me. I would suggest this team of movers listen to the customer and give better service to the next disabled person they help.
