The helpers provided by BB Hauls seemed to never have moved furniture before, and did not take due care to ensure that they did not bump walls and doorways moving the furniture out to the truck. I say many paint marks and one nice gouge on my favorite piece of furniture. I literally cried. I would not recommend them to move anything of even the slightest value.

We had a very bad experience with BB hauls. First when they showed up they didn’t have any tools or equipment or anything not even gloves. My husband had to give them some because one of them cut their hand and had to tend to his hand for about 10 minutes. They was not experienced at all. They spent a lot of time just looking at what needed to be moved and talking instead of getting to work. My husband had to help them and did most of the heavy lifting.
Also, they didn’t have any tools. Your site says that they will disassemble furniture. They was not prepared to do any of that.
They was extremely slow and I had to cut them off at the two hour mark because they still had more to do but my husband and I just took care of it. The entire two hours my husband did most of the heavy lifting and logistics for the move because they just didn’t know what they were doing.
They was so inexperienced that my husband didn’t believe I found them on a moving site or they were a part of a moving company.
I felt like they was not money we’ll spent and I paid them to stand around and help out my husband.

We train four crew on an ongoing basis. All crew members are background-checked, and drug tested, 100% of the time. We train our crew on customer service, customer satisfaction, packing, lifting and safety.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
