The 3 movers arrived on time. They were efficient and organized. They were friendly and courteous. Not happy with refund policy. Hired and paid for 3 movers for 4 hours. The work was done in 2hours, but no refund for the 2 hours they did not work.

Eric and Ron were great! There were on time or even a few minutes early. Very gentle with the furniture, wrapped everything better than I could have imagined and packed it tightly in the Pod in a very deliberate way so as to assure nothing would shift or move. I would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend them!

The crew was on time, extremely courteous and professional. The three men that showed up were ready to work and actually finished quicker than I expected. They treated my furnishings as if the items were their own. This is not the first time I have used Heavy Foot Movers and I will continue recommend them to all my family and friends.

Scheduling was seamless. The "unloaders" arrived on time and were both efficient and very pleasant. They worked rapidly and professionally, placing articles where I requested and managing two flights of stairs with no complaints. I would recommend the service and these two employees without hesitation.

The team worked very well together and were on time. They were well prepared for the job and protected the furniture with blankets and plastic wrap while moving them. The team was very hard working and came up with solutions to offer on how to move awkward items and talked me through them and then executed what I felt comfortable with... great customer service! I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
