I texted HFM after booking the job, and they texted right back. On the morning of the move they texted me to tell me they were 15 min away and arrived 11 minutes into their 1-hour arrival window. Brought moving equipment and did a professional job. Nice guys too. Definitely will use them again.

The two gentlemen from heavy foot movers were professional in every way. They were on time,well prepared and respectful. They did a great job. My background of 50 years is that of a customer service manager. I say they did everything to plese me as a customer. I want to use hire a helper to help unload my container in Ca. I wish I could have the two workers who were here today.
