Ron and Eric were great. They arrived early ready to work. They were polite, asked lots of questions as to our preferences and were extremely careful with our belongings.
Although I was hoping to complete the work in 2 hours the extra 1 hour to get most everything done was well worth it. The skill with which they packed our admittedly “too small” truck really showed it self when we began to unpack at our destination. Wow! They carefully wrapped valuable pieces of furniture and carefully packed everything to the ceiling making sure nothing would shift during transport. It was amazing! They even helped us move the heavy items to the curb we had made arrangement with the Town to pick up the next day.
Wish they had been there to help us unload!
One small suggestion. We are all getting used to new social distancing guidelines. On occasion they came a little to close to us without thinking about it. We all had masks on etc. but just a small point to remember in the future.
I also felt bad that they left one of their tools behind (a rubber mallet). It is still on our front porch in Newington if they want to pick it up in the next few days.
We would recommend these guys and Heavy Foot movers to anyone.
