I had a great experience using Heavy Foot movers that hire a helper assigned me for my POD emptying. I had Joe and Keenan. They were a great team! Joe was in touch with me from the night before, and I found that very helpful. As it turns out my pod arrived a little bit later than expected, but that did not discourage Joe from doing the job. He knew it was out of my control, and worked with the schedule that I was now given. They were there very friendly and professional. Unfortunately it was a long walk to the apartment door with just a couple of steps so they had to make long trips back-and-forth!. They were very courteous and completed the job a little late because of the distance From the pod to the apartment. They were helpful too. Joe put together the bedframe. They wasted no time at all. I would call upon this team for any future movie needs I may have.

These guys were on time, friendly, prepared and worked diligently to fit everything into the container, and asked questions when it came time to make decisions about fitting certain items in. Logistics all good: arrived on time, finished on time, placed things properly.
The reasons to hire them: they took their time and were very careful with every box and every piece of furniture. They put together beds etc quickly and easily; had all the right tools. They moved things they had just put down so I could get rugs just right then put the furniture right where I wanted it. They were polite, patient, pleasant. I cannot day enough good things about these guys and what a positive experience it was to work with them.
Recommend without hesitation, and I moved some high end antique reproduction furniture and original art work.
