My family hired 2 movers to help us load and unload. One of the men, Alfredo, was lovely. He was professional, respectful, and hardworking.
The owner of the company, Jamahl, was rude and unprofessional. He seemed put out that he was having to move things, especially upstairs, even though our order specifically stated there were stairs in the home. He charged an additional $75 to disassemble and assemble our master bedroom set, but assembled it incorrectly once it had been moved. When we called to ask for a refund on the assembly, he stated “the job was already done”, even though the job was done incorrectly.
Would not recommend this company. Horrible customer service from the owner.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish! The movers were incredibly professional, punctual, and handled everything with great care. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, they kept us informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy.
The crew worked efficiently, treated our belongings with respect, and had such a positive attitude. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.
